Alumni Book Club

As a bloodbound chapel patron and book club leader for La Purissima Crowd, I offer a welcoming space for all people including El Chicano Raza de Aztlan seeking to embody Christlike values through Biblical literature and community. My role is to guide thoughtful discussions that promote spiritual growth and cultural understanding, while actively preventing subjugation, social indoctrination of socialism, intellectual dishonesty, Machiavellian strategies, psychological warfare, power games, slander, and scapegoating. Additionally, as a self-taught writer and interpretive specialist, I delve into Indigenismo, Zapatismo, Pachuquismo, and Chicanismo, providing insights that honor and critically assess these movements. My services aim to cultivate a supportive environment where individuals can explore their identity and values authentically.

MEChA (Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlán)

As the Historian for the MEChA Chicano Club in 2023, my primary responsibility is to maintain a detailed and ongoing account of the club's activities throughout the year. This involves collecting and organizing various materials, such as pictures, posters, flyers, and table tents, to visually document our events. I also manage the MEChA de Compton College social media pages, ensuring that our initiatives and achievements are effectively shared with the broader community. My presence is essential at two-thirds of MEChA functions, including political and social meetings, where I capture key moments through photography. Additionally, I am tasked with completing and presenting a comprehensive project that recaps MEChA's activities over the year, while also ensuring that our archives are meticulously maintained for future reference. All in all after 2023 I am open to discuss our MEChA service off the Compton Tartar College campus for the broader chapter of Southeast Los Angeles.

Sicilian American Cultural Association

The Sicilian American Cultural Association (SACA) in Illinois was established to honor and preserve the rich heritage of Sicilian Americans in the region, particularly in areas with significant Italian immigrant populations, such as Chicago. Fundación Secretariado Gitano 

Fundación Secretariado Gitano (FSG) was established in 1968 in Spain with the mission to improve the socioeconomic conditions of the Romani community, often marginalized and discriminated against in various aspects of life. The foundation emerged from a growing awareness of the need for social justice and integration, following years of systemic exclusion. Over the decades, FSG has developed programs focused on education, employment, health, and legal support, aiming to empower Roma individuals and families. Its efforts have played a crucial role in advocating for the rights of the Romani people, promoting intercultural dialogue, and raising awareness about their cultural heritage. Through these initiatives, the foundation has worked tirelessly to combat stereotypes and foster a more inclusive society, making significant strides in improving the lives of many within the Romani community in Spain and beyond.
